We're always happy to help if you'd like to contact us but here are out most commonly asked questions which might help first.

Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. Or contact us and we would be more than happy to help find the right size for you.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes. Please enter the recipient in the shipping address and your details under billing.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. The digital gift card is sent by email. It can be used on the website or in person. It can be used more than once providing there is still a balance remaining on the card. Gifts cards can also be used in conjunction with a discount code. Don’t forget the life of a gift card is one year. You can purchase a gift card here.

How do I make a complaint?

We know things don’t always go to plan. If you have a complaint, please email us at eclectichounduk@gmail.com using the heading “complaint”. We will respond within 5 working days.

Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

For your convenience we offer a range of delivery options. We can only send items within Mainland UK. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is your delivery policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information (where appropriate). Delivery fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

No, unfortunately we can only deliver to addresses within the UK.

What days do you deliver?

Deliveries are only on a Monday to Friday.

Do you do carbon neutral deliveries?

Yes, all of our delivery options with the exception of regular are carbon neutral.
