Shipping

For your convenience we offer a range of delivery options. We can only send items within Mainland UK.

Regular delivery – items arrive in around 7 days. It is a snail mail service for those who don’t mind how long it takes. Spend over £30 and this delivery option is free.

Speedy Delivery – Carbon neutral delivery. Items arrive in around 3 days. Deliveries are Monday to Friday.

Click and collect – Buy online and collect from the shop. Perfect if you need an item quickly or want to check size or fit with one of our clothing specialists. Select the “pick up” delivery option. Available Tuesday to Saturday. In most cases orders will be ready within 2 hours. A notification will be sent when the item is ready to collect. 

 

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item it must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This means the date you collected the goods from the store or the date the items were delivered.

EXTENDED PERIOD FOR CHRISTMAS EXCHANGES

Items purchased as Christmas gifts can be exchange up to the end of January 2024.

The item to be exchanged must be unused, in a saleable condition, with the peripherals. The only exception is if the item is faulty. 

If you need to exchange an item purchased in store please return to the store with a valid receipt. Items brought in store must be returned in person and cannot be returned by post

Items purchased online can be returned in store or by post with the returns form completed. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so we recommend that you retain proof of postage. Once the item is received, we will send you a notification.

Earrings, underwear and products made to your measurements cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty.

 

Refunds

We understand that sometimes you will need to return an item. 

If you need to return an item for a refund it must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This means the date you collected the goods from the store or the date the items were delivered.

The item must be unused, in a saleable condition, with the peripherals. The only exception is if the item is faulty.

A refund must be via the original method of payment. For items purchased in store by card, the card holder must be present for the refund.

The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

How long does a refund take? In store we can process exchanges or refunds the same day.

If returning items by post please allow adequate time for the item to be received by us. It can then take 10 working days for the payment to show back in your account, depending upon method of payment.

Credit notes

We do not offer credit notes. We have no means to generate a credit note and as such it does not feature in our return policy.

A credit note is the same as a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, it will be via the original method of payment.
